Instructions: Apply a thin layer of color to the hardened layer of Hessi Base, then harden using a 48/60W lamp for 60 seconds. Do not apply directly to the nail plate. You can repeat the color application to achieve a satisfactory effect. Finish the styling by applying and hardening Top Multi Top or Beautifully Shine for 60 seconds.
