Instructions: Apply the top to a properly cured layer of any colored gel polish. Apply a thin layer of the product, which is always cured in a 48W / 60W lamp for 60 seconds. Top Delicate does NOT have a dispersion layer, does NOT require cleaning with Cleaner.
